Losatan HZ

Indication

Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide combination is indicated for the treatment of hypertension.

Dosage & Administration

A patient whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with Losartan monotherapy or Hydrochlorothiazide alone, may be switched to Losartan® HZ once daily. If blood pressure remains uncontrolled after about 3 weeks of therapy, the dose may be increased to two tablets of Losartan® HZ once daily.

Precautions

When pregnancy is detected, Losatan^® HZ should be discontinued as soon as possible.
