Department of Gastroenterology, Dhaka Medical College & Hospital is conducting a research program named “Prospective, Randomized, Clinical Trial Comparing the efficacy of oral omeprazole, intravenous omeprazole and Endoscopic Therapy followed by intravenous omeprazole in Patient with Peptic ulcer bleeding.”
The objective of this research is to find out the rate of recurrent bleeding, duration of hospital stay and mortality & requirement of surgery in patient with bleeding peptic ulcer disease treated with pharmacotherapy and endotherapy.
